It depends on the arrangement. If you pay the full project price, you own everything 100% — all code, assets, and accounts. If you opt for a monthly subscription model, ownership stays with Vexu Studio for the duration of the subscription.

Starting from scratch is preferred — it usually leads to a cleaner result. That said, taking over and improving an existing project is possible. We assess the codebase first and let you know what is realistic.

Yes — the first call is always free. No commitment, no pitch. We talk through your project, I give an honest assessment, and we figure out together whether working together makes sense.

We keep iterating until you are satisfied. Within the agreed scope, we do not stop until the result is right. Open communication throughout the project means surprises at the end are very rare.
